Incorporated into the Digital Client Experience Department, the CFBPM is responsible for leading strategic technological, business and regulatory projects from various business areas.

The successful candidate needs to prove excellent communication, leadership and diplomatic skills, with proven track record of leading complex programs and projects.

Basic commercial awareness as well as advice and counsel related to the technology and operations of the business is required. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large multifaced projects.

  • Own project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.

  • Use best practice PMO methodology to create and execute project plan to fit the stakeholders / customers’ needs.

  • Prepare, maintain and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports.

  • Assess project risk and discover potential problems before they occur and provide proper resolution of raised challenges by engaging the right stakeholders.

  • Constantly improve their own and their teams’ skills through lessons – learned review at project completion.

  • Proactively follow escalation and change control process.

  • Managing project administration.

  • Create and motivate robust project teams from various business and supportive units.

  • Facilitate communication with senior management including Management Board.

  • Act as a backup for Demand Manager responsible for managing project Book of Work for Consumer Business.

Expectations:

  • 5+ experience in managing complex initiatives.

  • Independency in action and ability to learn fast.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to identify relevant stakeholders in order to build superior project teams.

  • Manage multiple complex projects at the same time.

  • Excellent Problem solving skills, to keep projects on track and remove obstacles.

  • Strong focus on customer needs, business risk and exiting governance model.

  • University degree or work experience equivalent.

  • Fluent Polish and English.

  • Project management certification would be a plus.
