Custody Analyst

Custody Transaction Management Department is currently looking to fill a subject matter role in one of its newly formed DCC settlement teams that will be tasked with managing and implementing the incoming migrations of new processes. Embarking on this journey, you will run point on accommodating new activities that will be transferred into your team, quickly learning them up to the subject matter expert level, structuring a new and functioning process around them, and ensure their accurate and timely delivery, independently from the sending site.

Your key responsibilities:

• Settlement and settlement monitoring of custody client transactions across multiple Central Security Depositories (EMEA region).
• Daily contact with CSDs and clearing houses to ensure STP settlement.
• Identification and reconciliation stock and cash discrepancies for client cash and stock accounts.
• Aligning with Risk and Controls procedures for daily activities.
• Daily contact and support for internal client support teams
• Migration of the process from teams abroad
• Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
• Business travels possible

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Transaction Management/ Settlement/ Custody/ Asset Servicing field
• SWIFT system knowledge (mainly 54x type)
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills
• Willingness to develop and learn fast
