Cyber Defense Analyst - Services

We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Defense Analyst (6-10 years experience) to protect the Services business technology ecosystem. You will proactively mitigate cyber risk by addressing vulnerabilities, responding to threats, and strengthening our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Management: Maintain Services business within risk appetite. Enhance the vulnerability management operating model (reporting, Path-to-appetite), escalate risks, improve data quality, support uplift programs, and perform root cause analysis.

• Security Assessments: Conduct security reviews to ensure compliance with Bank requirements.

• Incident Response: Analyze SIRT incident trends, enhance workflow and reporting, drive adherence to reporting timelines (Project Dixson), define escalation procedures, and develop/update response plans.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.

• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools, security principles, and application vulnerabilities.

• Proficient in interpreting and applying security policies and standards.

• Extensive knowledge of information security (application security, risk assessment methodologies, tools, and industry standards).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred certifications: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
