Data Warehouse Business Analyst
The Data Warehouse Team is a part of Finance Department.
The Team is responsible for running of data warehouse service as a single source of data for various reporting processes allowing for simplifying reporting processes including standardization and consistence of data used for reporting. Activities include acquisition of new data from various Product Processors and General Ledgers, implementation of reporting processes on warehouse, daily support of database and implementation of controls around data correctness, consistency, quality.
There is close cooperation within Finance, Risk and other Bank Handlowy units (business, operations and technology). Activities included initiation and participation in projects impacting local reporting and local systems.
Business Analyst is a member of the Team who is responsible for thorough analysis of reporting processes in order to prepare business requirements to further back-end development.
We are looking for a thorough and searching person who can convey their conclusions in a communicative way.
The Business Analyst (C12) will have:

Responsibilities:
Analysis of reporting processes, especially the data flow within the processes
Preparing business requirements for back-end developers
Planning and coordinating projects to implement reengineered regulatory processes
Reporting coordinated projects to key stakeholders
Cooperation with business units to ensure requirements correctness
Cooperation with development teams in Technology to ensure successful project delivery
Intermediation between technology and business
Testing implemented solutions at the early stage and support business units in UAT
Responding to bugs and issues identified internally or raised by other teams and responsibility over delivery of solutions and fixes
Ensure issues are highlighted in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst
Advanced SQL and Excel skills
Experience in data warehouse modelling
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to transform business requirements into technology language
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
Knowledge of banking products is an advantage
University degree from area of Data Analysis or Economics is an advantage
Good verbal and written English
