Team/Role Overview

We are a global team scattered across several continents and time zones, supporting the execution services business. We develop and maintain a relatively new application which is “One Stop Shop” for the capture, enrichment, and routing of all Securities Services related FX orders across Citi’s unrivaled network of 104 markets.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and prepare requirements/use cases from business needs and document as User Stories in JIRA/Confluence.

• Analyze and understand data flows across various upstream and downstream applications to create and maintain documentation as well as support the business in identifying optimal solutions.

• Support the various branch business groups and  systems during the UAT phase of the rollouts.

• Coordinate with teams located in various geographies to ensure correct understanding of Business requirements.

• Communicate continually with stakeholders the statuses of deliverables and flag potential risks and delays to successful completion of all projects

What we’ll need from you:

• A proven track record of business analysis experience. 5+ years preferred.

• Experience in Financial Services industry with a focus on FX and/or Rates or other Derivatives products.

• Flexibility to collaborate with a global team, across geographies and time zones

• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL and Excel. Able to write SQL queries and assist technical teams in analyzing issues and translating requirements

• Ability to consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Working knowledge of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence

• Working knowledge of MS Visio
