Loan Operations Project Lead Analyst

This role is an individual contributor's role, where main focus is on LoanIQ implementation in Lending Ops processing area for EMEA region. Therefore all activities associated are aimed for proper operations readiness from that angle. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more projects related to LoanIQ implementation in the region.

• As Product Owner you will be closely partnering with LoanIQ Technology team [Business Analysts, Developers, testers], Lending Ops processing area to gather key business requirements, sometimes you will need to challenge their requirements based on experience with product and system

• Crucial thing will be to collaborate with your Prod Owner partners from other regions like APAC, NAM, Canada to achive global standard and consistent approach while implementing new global platform.

• Adhering to Agile routines as: Monthly & Quarterly prioritization review with business partners

• Ad hoc requirements / acceptance criteria sessions (Discovery)

• Submit Confluence request for procedure update / maintenance requests

• Process map / workflow design (before & after) if needed

• Provide support for procedure & Job Aid creation (i.e. screenshots & clarifications)

• Escalate project risks to the Project Director, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate.

• Ensure vendor performance is monitored and actions taken if performance warrants.

• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Persuade and influences others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in - Lending Ops, PC, Operations, Project Management, Technology etc.

• LoanIQ experience as user, BA etc.

• Syndicated lending knowledgeB

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Organizational Changes Initiatives 

• High communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an asset depending on the region

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel)

• In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML and regulations standards

• Proven experience in conducting due diligence on high-risk clients

• Team player with a proactive and solution - oriented mindset
