Team/Role overview:

We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our global Regulatory Reporting Team at Citi Solution Center in Warsaw. As a result, we are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for wide range of activities relating to regulatory reporting process.

This is a role that'll offer you the opportunity to build an in-depth knowledge of financial services operations. Every day there will be new business challenges that will help you develop new skills that can drive your career. This is maternity cover role.

What you’ll do:

  • Preparation of regulatory reporting returns to the national central banks, European Central Bank, Single Resolution Board in accordance with required frequencies and deadlines

  • Accountability for overseeing the quality and accuracy of regulatory reporting deliverables

  • Ensure high standard of data accuracy and completeness of reports by conducting reviews and reconciliations of data

  • Respond to queries and requests from internal and external parties including Regulators and Auditors and provide explanations as required

  • Keep up to date with changes in the regulatory reporting landscape

  • Identify opportunities for improvement of existing processes

What we’ll need from you:

  • Experience in financial services, preferably in regulatory reporting area

  • Experience in commercial cards area will be an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite of products, in particular working with Excel, large database files and process automation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Fluent English
