Team/Role Overview

Citi Global Cross Border Payments is a key TTS (Trade & Treasury Services) business, delivered to 10,000+ clients in over 100 countries in 135+ currencies.  Our business delivers FX (Foreign Exchange) payments through two key TTS products - WorldLink Payment Services and Cross-Border Funds Transfer – in partnership with Citi Markets (FXLM). 

The successful candidate will be required to work independently, with internal teams and external partners across multiple cross-functional families by driving results and process improvements/efficiencies, whilst having the ability to be completely adaptable to changing business requirements and deliverables is essential.

What you’ll do

• Reviewing documentation is in line with requirements and within agreed turn-around times

• Ensure all daily, weekly monthly tasks are completed in accurate and timely manner

• Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Operational & Financial Reporting

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Audit preparation (Corporate and External)

• Develop and maintain business relationships

• Proactive identifications and resolution of problems

• Workflow coordination

• Deal appropriately with escalations

What we’ll need from you

• 2-3 years of relevant experience within banking, especially in payments area

• Knowledge of SWIFT, Cash Management, Project Management

• Background in Risk & Controls or Financial reporting nice to have

• Preferred knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Accounting, Reconcilements and Investigations

• Ability to work in a pressured environment and to meet deadlines

• Excellent organization and administrative skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
