Business Execution Lead- Strategic Initiatives

This is a fantastic time to be a part of USPB In Business Credit & Franchise Risk. It is a time of innovation and evolution. The Business Execution Team in every organization spearheads the enablement of cultural evolution within a business. The USPB Risk Business Execution team is looking to add a strategic thought leader that will enable our team to drive innovation not only within our team but across all In Business Credit and Franchise Risk.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging.
  • Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist leadership/Head of Business Execution in promoting and executing communications program.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives in partnership with the senior management team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for the USPB COO Office, enabling seamless communication.
  • Build senior leadership presentations to tell a cohesive story of the problem, analysis, insights, solutions, and execution plan.
  • Routinely support the organization on senior leadership requests and business management routines such as Business Reviews, Strategic Planning, Offsite, etc.
  • Lead and co-ordinate development of organization priorities, core KPIs, and key milestones to track organizational vision and success.
  • Efficiently solve complex, ambiguous problems/situations and add value beyond the scope of formal projects.
  • Multi-tasks productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in financial services
  • Communications or marketing experience preferred; agency experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to partner effectively with various seniority levels within the organization and influence key decisions.
  • Strong analytical expertise and comfortability handling large quantities of data, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Ability to synthesize information, problem solve, prioritize business goals, and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
  • Creative and independent thinker, self-starter, and self-learner with comfort around driving results in ambiguous situations.
  • Highly motivated and with enthusiasm for Financial Services industry and desire to master the business.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in business, finance or communication-related study, Master’s degree preference

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
