The Branded Cards business serves over 30MM customer relationships across the US, annually processing, over $500 billion in sales volume, and generates over $110 billion in customer loans.  We offer a combination of class leading proprietary value propositions such as the Citi Simplicity, Citi Double Cash, and Citi Rewards products as well as co-branded credit cards with iconic industry leaders such as Costco, American Airlines and AT&T.  These value propositions are supported by our proprietary Thank You rewards program, a broad range of digital lending programs such as Flex Loan and Flex Pay, and industry leading digital experiences delivered through Citi Online and the Citi Mobile app. In addition, our customers enjoy valuable Shopping, Travel & Entertainment as well as Personal Financial Management benefits.

The Citi Shop program is a high visibility program and one of the core offerings that comprise the Shopping benefit pillar. The Citi Shop program provides savings to customers in the form of statement credits and coupons through a browser-based plug-in. The SVP, Citi Shop Program Lead is responsible for the overarching management of the program and will play a critical leadership role in both driving the forward-looking strategy as well as managing the day-to-day operations, including driving marketing, digital and analytical efforts in collaboration with cross functional partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive overarching program strategy and develop detailed, comprehensive roadmap to drive execution against program strategy

  • Lead collaboration with key cross functional partners including marketing, digital and analytics to prioritize and execute program roadmap

  • Manage all aspects of relationship with third party program provider. Collaborate on execution of near term, tactical items as well as longer term, strategic opportunities

  • Accountable for program performance including forecasting, tracking results against investment case / plan and identification of gap closure initiatives / new opportunities

  • Manage program budget, tracking of expenses and coordinating with partners and finance to address budget, invoice, reporting and reconciliation issues

  • Drive timely identification and resolution of issues and ensure appropriate controls are in place for owned processes

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management/ development, marketing management, customer experience design, or other relevant fields; credit card/ consumer finance industry experience preferred

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration in complex, matrixed organization  

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, especially with cross-functional partners and Senior Leadership

  • Third party vendor / relationship management experience

  • Ability to deliver results, creates an executable path for achieving critical objectives and driving meaningful outcomes

  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines

  • Customer centric with ability to balance both customer/partner benefits and business financials

  • Sense of curiosity, interest in challenging conventional norms, and thinks strategically

  • Strong analytic skills and understanding of credit card P&L

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Masters / advanced degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$156,160.00 - $234,240.00
