Citi partners with more than 20 local non-profit organizations to provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities. Our partners include, Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Idaho Foodbank, Junior Achievement, and Women’s and Children’s Alliance, just to name a few. Citi provides employees with a paid day off once a year to volunteer for the non-profit organization of their choice, and those with 100+ hours of volunteer service each year are recognized with the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
