The Consumer Sales Strategy Program Management Senior Lead oversees innovation,  planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives aimed at growing Branch Sales in Consumer and Business Banking. They manage multiple projects, often within a larger portfolio, and act as a key liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. This role requires strong strategic thinking, project management skills, deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across different business functions. This role is central to driving digital engagement and sales within the branch environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive portfolio of initiatives focused on driving Branch Sales growth in both Consumer and Business Banking segments, with a strong emphasis on increasing digital sales and enhancing digital engagement within the branch channels.
  • Collaborate extensively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify opportunities, define strategies, and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, particularly those related to digital sales enablement and digital-first sales journeys.
  • Provide robust program management for key sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely delivery, and effective resource utilization.
  • Facilitate horizontal alignment across a broad range of initiatives, ensuring consistency in approach, shared learnings, and coordinated efforts to maximize impact.
  • Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities, specifically for digital sales performance and customer adoption of digital solutions.
  • Design and implement innovative sales programs, processes, and tools to enhance sales force effectiveness and customer engagement, leaning into digital sales enablement, automation, and augmentation to drive greater sales efficiency and customer engagement. This includes driving self-service solutions and digitally assisted sales processes within the branch network and ensuring the adoption of these digital tools and platforms by the sales force and customers.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or a related field within financial services.
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive tangible results, with a strong track record in growing digital sales and engagement within branch banking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations).
  • Program Management Proficiency: Strong experience in managing multiple complex projects or portfolios, utilizing various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and influence without direct authority, driving consensus and motivating teams towards shared objectives.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Deep understanding of Consumer and Business Banking products, sales channels, and customer behaviors.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Experience in identifying opportunities for innovation and optimizing existing sales processes and programs, with a strong understanding of how digital tools, automation, augmentation, self-service solutions, and digitally assisted processes can drive sales efficiency, increase digital sales, and enhance customer engagement and digital adoption within the branch environment.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$134,960.00 - $202,440.00
