Business Intermediate Analyst – Cross-Border / Domestic Payments- C11 - MUMBAI

In this role, you are expected to:

The Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring data quality check on post facto transactions for Debtor and Creditor in a payment message type for 88 Markets. The role also required to have a skillset to report and create BRD document for team for way forward on process and manage team on need basis.

• Knowledge on Global funds transfer standard for data quality of a payment transaction for domestic and cross border

• Need to create business requirement document and IA management with all documentation

• Need to report client queries and client management skills for non-complaint transaction

• Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors

• Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the Cash & Trade operations team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives

• Assist with providing informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members as required

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. MBA is an advantage.

• 8 -9 years of experience in a related role within trade / cash operations management

• Effective verbal and written skills

• Effective communication and analytical skills

• Effective relationship management skills

• Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
