AVP / Resolution Planning Analyst
Join our team as a Resolution Planning Analyst and become a key contributor to Citi’s Resolution Plan, which details how Citi would be resolved in the event of its failure. The Resolution Planning Analyst is a strategic thinker with strong data analysis skills and program management experience who thrives in a cross – functional environment. This individual is an experienced professional who stays abreast of developments within the regulatory environment and contributes to directional strategy, by considering their application in own role.
Core Skills & Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Resolution Planning –
Ability to understand and interpret rule and regulatory requirements as it pertains to Recovery and Resolution
Develop and maintain compliant resolution plans aligned to Dodd Frank and other regulatory frameworks
Analyze Core Business Lines, Material Legal Entities, and intercompany dependencies
Support Operational Continuity Planning and Execution
Program & Project Management –
Develops project plan objectives, establish realistic timelines for BOW and identify appropriate SMEs to execute all regulatory capabilities Resolution Plan requirements.
Manage project timelines, cross-functional workstreams and status reporting for Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) initiatives - ensuring seamless partnership and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
Ensure high-quality documentation and timely delivery of regulatory submissions
Data Analysis & Reporting –
Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to support resolution planning strategies
Develop dashboards, charts and visuals utilizing MS-Excel and other tools
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
Communication & Collaboration –
Draft plan narratives, executive summaries, and presentation materials
Serve as a liaison for internal governance reviews
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across functions
Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of finance/ financial terms.
2+ years relevant experience in Risk and Control, prior experience in Recovery and Resolution or related fields
3+ years’ experience in in data analysis - subject matter expertise in MS Excel , proficiency in Word and Power Point. Financial analysis experience preferred
3+ years Program Management skills, with a proven ability to manage projects, priorities and deliver under tight deadlines with attention to detail and ability to deliver on milestones
Demonstrated excellence in producing executive level communications
Strong work-ethic, innovative and adaptable with positive attitude and willingness/ability to pick up work quickly
PMP /Agile certification a plus
Rosetta experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business , Data Science, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience is required. Masters or MBA a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
