Team/Role Overview:
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for looking after the cyber security of all of Citi’s technical assets. The Cybersecurity Third Party, Inter-Affiliates and Data Transfer Risk team is instrumental in strengthening Cyber TPM management and ensuring CISO adherence to Citi Third Party Management Policy as well as applicable regulatory requirements globally. This position will be within the CISO Cyber Governance, Controls & Policy organization and requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the TPM standards, law regulations, data privacy and information security processes/areas of the organization.. The role will be responsible for support of the Third Party program and ensure CISO fulfils all relevant requirements. The individual will provide support and oversight for risk identification, assessments, monitoring, and mitigation processes.
What you’ll do:
Provides support and ensures CISO’s compliance with TPM policy and standard as well as timely completion of required compliance/outsourcing/regulatory assessments and various reviews assigned by multiple groups.
Participating in delivery and maintenance of best-in-class TPM/Data Transfer Risk governance process for CISO; support projects/ initiatives and high-impact project work streams with a results-driven focus to deliver solutions, including coordinating the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
Partnering with ICRM teams and global functions, including Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote risk culture.
Plan and support the coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs, support preparation and completion of initative submissions, country clearance documentation related to legal/regulatory/compliance /finance /privacy
Support responses to regulatory reviews and inquiries for internal audit requests.
Support assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement and other tasks assigned.
What we’ll need from you:
Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in Third party risk management/Technology/CyberSecurity/Infosec functions in the financial services industry. Expert understanding of compliance laws, rules, law regulations, finance and Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
Experienced at interacting, influencing and collaborating across all levels and functional areas of the organization
Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the senior management level.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes,
Experience in audit and regulatory reviews.
Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
