VP- HMDA Exception Manager and MIS Support
The Community Development Sr Mgr accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with mortgage originating businesses to remediate validity, quality and syntactical errors in accordance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Filing Instruction Guide (FIG)
- Apply data overlays in CRA Wiz to correct HMDA data fields that cannot be updated/edited in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Work closely with Small Business and Commercial Cards originating businesses to remediate validity, errors in accordance with the Section 1071 regulation and the CFPB Filing Instruction Guide (FIG)
- Work closely with the HMDA Manager to prepare the HMDA LAR for annual submission
- Act as back-up to the HMDA Manager and CRA Manager as needed covering HMDA,.CRA and 1071 processing
- Produce HMDA, CRA and 1071 trending reports using Excel and Tableau
- Produce HMDA Exception Tracking Reports
- Fulfill requests from Lines of Businesses for ad-hoc geocoding requests
- Work with Functional Technology to deploy maintenance updates to CRA Wiz, On-Prem
- Assist with the Admin duties of CRA Wiz including but not limited to on-boarding and terminating users, troubleshooting user issues and providing support to internal users.
- Assist with migration of data and processing from CRA Wiz (On-Prem) to CRA Wiz, SaaS
- Participate in COB testing
- Participate in and support Citi’s regulatory obligations by working towards achieving an “Outstanding” rating via fulfillment of annual performance targets, fulfilling commitments and providing performance context.
Qualifications:
- Subject matter expertise in the HMDA regulation is required. Knowledge of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Dodd-Frank Section 1071
- CRA Wiz experience a plus
- MS SQL
- MS Office suite, with focus on Excel
- Experience in innovative program development, charitable contributions and/or Foundation grant writing
Education:
- Bachelor's degree

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
